Byakue Kannon is in Kannonin in TaizoukaiMandala(Diamond World). He appears in a general bosatsu style, however, one of the Thirty Three Kannon has a style of sitting on the rock in Byakue(a white deva robe). White color expresses mind for pure enlightenment; considered to be a mother giving birth to various Kannon as the mother of them.
