He is Hirukonomikoto, the third child of Izanaginomikoto. He was not able to stand up when he was three. He was floated in the boat and reached Nishinomiya beach and he got worshipped as Nishinomiya- Ebisu. He is wearing eboshi( a hat wearing in a courtdress), a sea bream and fishing rode. His looks is full of joy, he is the god for joy and laughing.
