Hannya Bosatsu can be translated to wisdom, reaching Nirvana. Hannya is wisdom, Haramita is reaching Nirvana. The Bosatsu is seated in the center of Jimyouin in Taizoukai Mandala(Womb World) or he is one of the Ten Haramitsu Bosatsu in Kokuuzouin. He is identified with Kongou Haramitsu Bosatsu. People can vanquish their complaints and attain the Three Wisdom by making a mudra of this Bosatsu and Chanting Shingon. Many of them have a decent tennyo face with three eyes and six arms.
