He is one of the 12 Ten and the 8 Heavenly Ten. He governs the 32 Ten in the Castel Kimi in the top of Mt. Sumisen. There is a temple in outer block of the castle, and various tens come there to talk about good and evil in the four worlds. There also is Shushouden(palace) where immeasurable treasure is preserved. This ten is said to give treasure and miracle power to human beings. He is an earthly protector and confronted with Ashura in the Heaven. He has a style of a ten doll riding on a white elephant in the Esoteric Buddhism.
